Shipping policy

Delivery times will vary according to destination but are 14-28 day on average. Please note that we have no control over postal providers and therefore delivery times. Therefore delivery times suggested are estimates provided by shipping companies and Wild Design NZ cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery.

Products are made to order (7 days) and once ready are dispatched asap and you will receive an email advising once your items have been dispatched. 

Tracking numbers are emailed upon despatch. For tracking or delivery issues contact the shipping company provided.

Average shipping cost NZD$20. Shipping is advised on check out.
